This web page is out of date. It was designed for UK archery handicaps prior to the 2023/4 overhaul/updates of the handicapping system.

This web page enables the user to work out the scores needed for any handicap for rounds of archery in the UK. There are two options available.

Either the user can select a recognised (named) round.
Or the user can work out scores/handicaps for any bespoke round (i.e. any combination of distance, face size and number of arrows - for up to 4 different distances). This can be useful if an archer wants to know what (handicap) level they are shooting at when they are shooting a round for which Archery GB does not have published handicap tables (e.g. Burntwood rounds).

The calculations underlying the scores/handicaps are those that were used to create the Handicap Tables published by Archery GB. These web pages use this mathematical methodology whether you are interested in a recognised round or you create a bespoke round. If there are some slight discrepancies between the scores calculated here for recognised rounds and the tables published by Archery GB, this is likely to be due to differences in mathematical rounding.
